Large executive style one storey 5 bedroom home (one bedroom is upstairs) in a rural setting with swimming pool and hot tub. There is a 2 car garage. A large open plan kitchen with stainless steel appliances adjoining this is a dining area with seating for 8, this looks out onto our deck and garden and has an airconditioning unit. We have a large lounge with two leather couches and one armchair. In here is a wood fire,TV and DVD player. There are french doors either end of the lounge, one leads onto large deck with gas BBQ, the other leads out to our jacuzzi which is under a Gazebo. Off the lounge is another sitting room with two large couches and satellite TV. Doors lead off this to the Jacuzzi also. Off from the deck outside is a substantial cobbled area with views over the countryside. There is also a large mediterranean style inground swimming pool, fully fenced for safety. The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite, also french doors leading onto the deck and garden. The other two bedrooms on this floor have a double bed in one and a queen bed in the other, and a smaller bedroom with a single bed. There is a large family bathroom and seperate toilet on this floor along with a seperate laundry. We have a substantial upstairs room with a double bed and single bed,satellite TV seperate toilet and handbasin. We are a 7 minute easy drive from the city centre. 2 minute drive from local supermarket cafes & bars. Very quiet and private location with stunning rural views. The popular beachside resort of Mount Maunganui is only 15 minutes by car. We have a domestic airport 15 minutes away. The nearest international airport is Auckland being 2 hours drive. You can get to Rotorua a popular tourist destination in 45 minutes. There are some lovely walking tracks nearby and beautiful beaches close by. A car is necessary.
