Nice and cosy house on the canal in the centre of Utrecht, 30 min. from Amsterdam

Nice and cosy house overlooking the canal. Built in 1850. Within a tree minutes you are in the centre of Utrecht with many nice restaurants, bars and shops. The trainstations is within a five minutes walk. You can take the train to Amsterdam, which leaves every fifteen minutes and brings you to the centre of Amsterdam in 25 minutes. The house has a cosy and modern kitchen with windows overlooking the canal. There's also a bathroom downstairs with a shower and bathtub. There's a spacious livingroom with a large sofa and television at the first floor. The bedroom is at the second floor. There's a second toilet. In the summer you can sit in the sun at the landing-stage at the canal, looking at the boats passing by.

Utrecht is a friendly city with approximate 400,000 residents. It's well known for its old centre with beautiful buildings and its romantic canals. It's in the centre of Holland, so it's easy to travel to all other beautiful places in Holland from Utrecht.. Even Antwerp in Belgium is only a 1,5 hour drive away.
