Cosy villa in the middle of the Netherlands, water-sports nearby, 1 min. from forest and just 30 min from Amsterdam.

Location:
We are a small family (one baby) situated in Lelystad (middle of the Netherlands). Our house has got a big garden all around the house. We live in a child-friendly and quite neighborhood with lot’s of things to do around. Our town is right at the big lake that connects the North-sea with a dike in between. This lake is well known for sailing, wind-surfing, kiting and swimming at the beach. The forest is just 1 min. walking from the house and connects to the “Nature park”, where you can see al sorts of animals. In Lelystad you can find all sorts of shops. Supermarkets are everywhere around (nearest just 4 min.) there are two main-centers and there is a big outlet city right at the harbor (http://www.bataviastad.nl/en) with lot’s of clothes-stores and a few museums around.

The house:
The villa has got 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, two toilets (upstairs and downstairs), two kitchens (one in garage), livingroom, hobby-room, garage and bike-storage. There is highspeed internet (30 Mbps), television and phone-connection. There are two televisions (one in the livingroom and one in the bedroom). The bathroom has got a two person whirlpool bath, a separate shower and two sinks. The kitchen has got an American refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, big sink and a bar with two seats. There is a 6-person dining table right next to the kitchen. Feel free to use hour bikes and take a tour outside.
