Old leather store- and drymill from 1875, now a renovated, stand-alone house with pretty big garden. Completly renovated in 2007. Three bedrooms, one bathroom, large livingroom/kitchen and two offices.
Situated at a very quiet small street in Dongen (Southern part of the Netherlands). Cities of importance: Breda (11km); Tilburg (12 km); Amsterdam (99 km); Brussels (124 km).
In the neighbourhood is the 'Efteling'- the most famous attraction parc in the Netherlands - at kaatsheuvel (7 km). There is a national parc "Loonse en Drunse duinen" near Waalwijk / Loon-op-Zand.
