We live in a small house with a living, nice garden, kitchen, upstairs 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
We live on the outskirts of Zwolle, a town of 100.000 people. Zwolle won a price to be the town the most green of Holland.
We live about 15 min. biking from downtown. Zwolle is about 850 years old, so we have old canals, narrow streets with small houses and various plants on their walls, old canalhouses, very old high tower, a cathedral and nice old churches in one of them soon will be a very large bookstore.
Everywhere are biking- and walkingpaths. Our province Overijssel (which means Öer the river IJssel) is a very green place. About 70 km north we have the famous Frisian lakes.
Amsterdam is 120 km, which is 1 hour car- or traindrive away.

We very much would like to invite you in our home in Holland. We have had a very nice experience with a Canadian lady. We exchanged for one month.

About Home Exchange Owners :

Bert and I are a senior couple. We like walking, biking. We do a lot of volunteer jobs. Besides this we have our chessclub, paintingactivity, walking- and bikingclubs.
Once a week we look after our 11 months old granddaughter in Haarlem. We love to do this.
We like to backpack, we like to couchsurf. We have been in South America, Thailand, Cambodja and Laos, West Africa (Togo, Benin and Gambia), U.S. , Canada and of course Europe.
We will be going to Alaska soon.
