We are offering our beach house in Santa Clara, Yucatan for exchange. The house is located in a peaceful fishing village, steps from the Gulf of Mexico. The house is 935 square feet and contains one bedroom with two single beds and a hammock in the livingroom, two bathrooms/showers and a livingroom kitchen/dining room. The house comes with a new pool. It is located 3 hours west of Cancun, one hour east of Merida, the former colonial capital of the Yucatan and 50 minutes from Chichen Itza.
