A place in paradice...spacious fifth wheel with slider living dining expanded area parked permanently on beach front of small village on Pacifac coast of Mexico ---three hours south of Puerto Vallarta.There is a full kitchen with large fridge and freezer ,stove and oven and a microwave. There is instant hot water.A small bathroom with tub and shower .Large up two stairs bedroom with queen bed.Most windows face ocean and sunset views. Canopied terrac outside both front and back.The village has many activities,services and all water sports.

SOUTHERN France or a warm french country where I can be immersed in language and art.Near to town or in town ...warmer climate preferred as my place is best in Nov -Dec.or April -May.

Additional information:

the small community has many ex-pats for the winter so spanish is a bonus but not necessary.there are many many activities close by ..itsa five min walk from beach to town .Bike/car possibility in trade.
