APARTMENT 200 SQ MTRS WITH FOUR BEDROOMS AND FOUR BATHROOMS
IN THE SUMMER USE OF SECOND APARTMENT DOWNSTAIRS WITH GARDEN AND ONE BEDROOM (ALSO 10O SQ METRES).
Could suit two small families for summer or bigger family whose teenage kids would like to stay in separate apartment. Wi-Fi broadband throughout. Lots of English DVDs and books. Satellite TV. 3 mins walk into the centre of Sansepolcro which has lots of great cheap restaurants and bars. It is a lovely town in eastern tuscany. Lots of summer festivals etc. Public swimming pool 5 mins. We can send lots of details AND PHOTOS on the town /are etc.
We do have 2 cats which live outside but would need feeding.
