The house is 100 meters to Ponte Milvio bridge. It's 55m2 with a garden of 45m2. Completely restored in 2008, it's made of a living room with big sofa and TV (built together with a fully equipped kitchen), a bathroom with shower box and toilet, and a comfortable sleeping room. All rooms have wooden floor and a window facing the garden. The garden is very well maintained with flowers and vegetables, sheltered by laurel trees, a gazebo with table, a wooden cabin for bikes and washing machine. The house is very quiet, even though located in one of the most frequented areas of Rome at night especially on good season: full of restaurants, pubs, winebars, etc, all reachable in 1 to 5 minutes walk. The building is safe (police station 50m) and located beside a big church in a green area lying betweeen the river, the olympic stadium (5min walk) and the monte mario park. No need of car: many buses linking to all Rome stop a few meters away. 15min to Vatican or Piazza di Spagna, 30min to train station. Moreover, people comes here from all rome to enjoy the best part of the long biking track crossing rome following the river, (s.peter, piazza di spagna are 15min by bike direction south) or to the green outskirts on the flaminia road heading north.
