Close to Rome city center. 20 minutes max to Piazza del Popolo by bus. Nice apartment ideal for a family. The building was constructed in 1963 and it is in good shape. The flat is on the first floor. Its size is around 160 square meters plus two balconies. The neighborhood is Vigna Clara which is one of the best in Rome. There are shops of all kind within 3 minutes walk.
