I own a charming fully renovated semi-attached Casa Colonica with large garden in the lovely countryside of Lucca, the only city in the world with a walkable intact circle of ancient walls surrounding the town centre. In case of NON-SIMULTANEOUS exchange the whole 1st floor + the 40 sqm kitchen downstairs, terrace and garden will be yours (140 sqm totally). I'll keep for my self a part of downstairs, (3 rooms+the small bathroom) but due to the structure of the house, you'll enjoy total privacy and separate entrance.
