The house is situaeted in the trulli-zone of Alberobello and made all of local stones, so it is cool in summer and if you heat warm in winter. The house is 200 years old and completely restored. (UNESCO).
There is a living room, one bed room, 2 alcoves (small bedrooms), 1 bathroom with shower.
Shops, restaurants and bars are all very near.
You can make daily trips, for example visti the famous trulli of Alberobello, the caves of Castellana Grotte, the Sassi of Matera, Castel del Monte, Zoosafari and a lot of other interesting places.

About Home Exchange Owners :

we are a middle aged couple, non smokers, would like to travel from November to March of every year. From April to Oktober we work and so it is for us not possible to make holidays. You can come whenever you want because this is second home.
