You'll enjoy a comfortable flat built around 1970 in Ariccia, a town close to Rome, on the fresh hill where the ancient Romans used to relax during warm summers.
On third floor with lift, recently restructured, the flat has hardwood flooring throughout with 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room hosting dining area and kitchen with dishwasher. It also includes a spacious entrance with computer and wifi available for You. Plenty of books, toys and musical instruments will also welcome You in our absence.
Two lakes, Albano/Castelgandolfo and Nemi are wonderful places 10 minutes far from here. Castelgandolfo is famous for hosting the Pope's 2nd residence.

ROME IS ONLY A SHORT WAY AWAY AND HERE, ON TOP OF THE HILL IS FANTASTIC!
