A perfect location from which to visit all the attractions Israel has to offer. Our luxury apartment is located a 5 minute walk to the beach and is set in a quiet neighborhood in North Tel Aviv.

The building has a sauna and gym, a children's indoor playroom and outdoor playground. There is a 24 hour Doorman, so the building is very secure and safe.

There are beautiful sea views from inside the apartment and the balcony is a great place to unwind after a trip and watch the sunset over the sea.

LOUNGE.

The comfortable lounge has 2 sofas, coffee table, reading lights and a large remote cable TV, offering plenty of room for a family to relax and hang out.

A telephone is available for local calls (ideal for ordering take-away meals).

KITCHEN.

The fully equipped kitchen includes - electric stove and oven, eye-level microwave, refrigerator / freezer, kettle/mineral water dispenser, toaster, all cook ware, crockery, cutlery, glasses and the all-important Dishwasher - everything you require to prepare a meal with no need to do the washing up afterwards !

DINING

Surrounded by ceiling to floor windows, there are magnificent sea views. The Dining area can comfortably accommodate six people and is perfect for both formal and informal dining.

MASTER BEDROOM.

With views of the sea, the master bedroom has a Double bed, bedside cabinets and reading lamps. A walk-in closet provides ample additional storage space.

The En Suite Bathroom, has a bath, shower and toilet.

BEDROOMS 2 and 3.

Both rooms have beds with a pullout option that reveals a 2nd single bed. Closets in each room provide ample additional storage.

Adjacent to bedrooms 2 & 3, the Second Bathroom has both shower and bath facilities. It leads to the laundry room
which includes, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Iron and Ironing Board.

Location:

We are 4km from the city center. A bicycle path leads directly from our home, along by the beach, to the city center and to the port of Tel Aviv (which is filled with restaurants, shops and cafes). We have 4 bicycles for your use(2 adult/2 children).

Jerusalem - 1 hour drive
Dead Sea - 1.5 hour drive
Sea of Galilee - 1.5 hour drive

The neighborhood itself has 2 mini supermarkets, a bank, a clothes boutique, 2 restaurant/cafes and a hairdressers/beauty parlour. A 5 minute bike ride takes you to a very large cosmopolitan shopping mall (with all the international brands).
