We have is a sweet and quiet 2 Bedroom apartment located in the old North part of Tel Aviv, near country's circle, not far away from the city center (a 10 min walk to the national train station, or Rabin Square. 20 min walk to the beach).
One room has a double bed, and the second room has a child's crib + a double bed in the same room, so basically you can host 2 couples and one child, or 1 couple, 1 mature child and one baby.
Plenty of 1-2 yr old child toys available.
The building has an elevator, and the apartment has air-conditioning.
