My place is a stand alone, fully renovated, studio apartment, with a private garden, separate entrance and its own bathroom.
It's located in a quite place, with a great view, yet in the center of town.

Very lovely stand alone studio apartment in a quit area with a nice garden only for the use of the apartment.
It is located close to Haifa University, in one of the best neighbourhoods in Haifa.
The apartment is part of a big house, and is completely new (it was renovated a few months ago).
It has a double bed, toilet and a shower (No Kitchen).

A bus station that will take you anywhere basically (Carmel Center, Bahai gardens, beach etc) is located within 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment

No parking issues for people coming with a rented car
