We live in a beautiful townhouse 5 mins walk from the city centre in a quiet historic neighbourhood which features St. Johns Cathedral, St. Johns Square and the Limerick college of Art and Design. The ancient and historic walls of limerick provide privacy to our garden which has a deck, lawn, barbeque and mature shrubs with lots of birdlife stopping by to feed and nest.

We love to cook and entertain so our kitchen is very well equipped with everything you may need to be creative!

We enjoy biking along the river and canal paths nearby and you are free to use our bikes as you wish.

There are a huge selection of bars and restaurants minutes from home. All your shopping needs will also be catered for in this city of 80'000. Limerick city is an ideal base for touring the south and west of Ireland with the west coast of Clare a short 45 minute drive away. Killarney and the beautiful ring of Kerry is just over an hours drive. Galway city can also be reached in just over an hour and Shannon Intl Airport is a 15 minute drive.

For those that enjoy golf this region is a golfers paradise with 5 championship golf courses
within 20 minutes drive including the world famous Adare Manor and Dromoland Castle clubs.

Our house is 5 minutes walk from the main bus and train station where excellent public transport is available to all parts of the country.
