The house is lovely, airy, bright and sits high in the country overlooking mountains and hills. The sunsets are amazing to see and sunrises also. It is fully equiped for a family and is very private. It is only a year old and has a large kitchen leading onto the patio area and also a large office to use.

The sitting room has beautiful views, is very comfortable and spacious with an open fire. There is an acre of landscaped gardens and a feeling of one with the countryside. Locally there is a pub and shop 3 minutes away and otherwise we live 25 minutes from famous Wexford for the Opera festival, 20 minutes from the sea, 12 minutes from a big town, Enniscorthy, and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Dublin. .

We ,a family of 5 ,Graham and I,Susannah with our 11, 9 and 2 year old are hoping to travel and live abroad for 1 year as we love spanish living and also would love for our children to speak spanish as we feel that it will be something that they will not forget and will show them more experiences as they are bright children and they love traveling and Spain. We would like to try out living in Spain as we also love the climate and Graham loves to walk in the warmth early in the mornings especially by the coast. Our children take care of things and love to see new things. We are able to travel and work as Graham works through the internet and I am busy minding 3 children.They are lovely, bright and already are learning spanish. .
