Lovely spacious home for living and entertaining life-style situated in South Dublin suburb . Furnished 4 bedroom house on tree lined road with friendly neighbours & less than 100 yards from supermarket, post office, newsagents, hardware shop, hair salon, dry cleaners, restaurants and cafe.
Ground floor: Large hall, TV room, formal dining room, lounge overlooking deck area and large garden. Large kitchen with table for 6, all appliances , patio doors leading to deck with BBQ and steps to garden.
First floor: 4 bedrooms sleeps 6 comfortably. Study/ office. Two full bathrooms.
In the local area are schools, library, Hugh shopping mall, restaurants, pubs, multi screen cinema , tennis club ( where we are members), golf clubs. Bus from street to city centre. Tram within 10 mins walking to city centre app 12 mins. Easy access to Trinity College and UCD. Car available. Drive to Dublin mountains 10 mins or beach 15 mins. Plenty of beautiful public parks very near.
