We live in a ground floor spacious 3 bed apartment. One and a half baths. Location in South County Dublin we are very well situated between both the city and countryside and we are also close to the beach. Dublin city centre is only 20 minutes away via the tram. Wicklow, Glendalough is only 25 minutes away by car. And the beach is approx 15 mins away by car. There are plenty of shops in the general area. Our estate is made up of a mix of houses, townhouses and apartments and is a very peaceful and safe place. There are also golf courses in the area, gyms and we live close to a riding stables. We are non smoking.
