Our home is a late 19th century mid-terrace redbrick, refurbed with all mod cons! We're within 1.5miles of Dublin City Centre and are directly several several transportation routes. The house is modern but warm, with living room, TV room and kitchen on ground level, 3 beds on the 1st floor and a 4th bed in the attic (complete with ensuite). We have beautiful marble fireplaces and extra high ceilings, and of course cable TV, wifi, phone etc.

Also available for the duration of the swap is the use of a car (Audi A4).
