Detached house 40 years old, excellent condition, 4 of 5 bedrooms available, living room cum kitchen/dining room, separate lounge, small private back garden facing south. In quiet cul-de-sac. 10 minute walk to Malahide village and sea.
'Dart' train or bus into Dublin city centre. Local amenities: shopping, eating out, coffee shops, pubs, golf, sailing, tennis, beaches, rail and bus transport. Car exchange possible - Ford Zetac 2009.
House exchanges sought 2014. Preferably not an apartment. Must have air-conditioning, not fans. Would like accommodation for 4 people if possible. Preference for a garden with some shade.

Great fossils on the beach between Malahide and Portmarnock. Over two-thirds of Ireland’s present day surface is carboniferous limestone. In the black carboniferous limestone rocks at Malahide we can see traces of the corals and shells and sea plants that existed up to 400 million years ago.
Wonderful long stretch of beach from Malahide to Portmarnock - walking great. Swimming for the hardy of mind and body!
