The neighbourhood is quiet yet close to everything. Wilton shopping centre is located literally 2 minutes from the house, this includes tesco suppermarket, pennys and various other shops. central cork city is walking distance or a 2min bus trip. the city offers cinemas, theatres, wide range of restaraunts, pubs and numerous night clubs. Cork city was crowned capital of culture in 2005. Corks bus station will take you to any city desired around the country. Beaches are a short journey by bus or car. There is a large green playing area accross the road from the house which makes it very suitable for a small family.
