EXCHANGE AGREED FOR SUMMER 2012

Lovely modern 2300sqft house with 4 bedrooms. Upstairs main bedroom with king size bed with walk in closet & ensuite, 1 bedrm with bunk beds, 1 bedrm with bunkbeds plus single bed. Double bedroom & bathroom. All mod cons and very comfortable. Secluded and secure property in prosperous part of Cork on South side. Close to Cork Airport 11km and Cork city 10km Douglas 5kms (closest shopping centre). Lots of cultural attractions with fine restaurants and shopping in close proximity approx 5km.Lovely coastal walks or cycling routes approx 1.5kms. It is a great base for travelling to West Cork approx 45mins or Kerry approx 1.15mins for great hill walking.

Our house is very child friendly and have lots of bikes, tractors, trampoline, and sand pit. There are parks in close proximity 3-5kms a selection.
