Exchange Zones

I am a 39 year old Canadian female, born and raised in Vancouver. I currently live and work in Indonesia but wish to return to Vancouver to visit friends and family from June to August 2008 (approximately).

I would prefer to do a swap, if possible. I have, in Indonesia:

* 4 bedroom/4 bathroom house with swimming pool
* onsite maid/cook til 9pm/6 days a week
* onsite traditional massages/body scrubs (this is not included, it's $15/2 hours)
* 2 of the 4 bedrooms are open for guests, but for the purpose of the swap, 1 would be made available
* bedroom w/ king sized bed
* desk to set up your own laptop
* private bathroom w/ hot water shower
* private upper balcony
* own TV with satellite channels on upper level of house
* DVD player and DVD library with approximately 200 movies
* library of books you can borrow from while here
* air conditioning

You would have use of all house facilities which includes internet (bring your own laptop), daily maid service, use of kitchen and pool, etc. We are close to expat areas so there is a good selection of restaurants, shopping, some clubs/wine lounges, etc close by but our house itself is situated in a quiet area like a nice suburb. We are the perfect starting off place for trips to Bandung, Central Java, Yogyakarta, the rest of Java, Bali and Lombok. You can also study conversational Indonesian, Javanese or Sundanese with my husband for a reasonable hourly fee.

I am looking for:

* fully furnished apartment/loft/house
* must have internet access
* must have cable TV
* must have washer and dryer onsite, preferably in the unit itself
* must have kitchen facilities so I can cook
* prefer a location such as Granville Island/Stanley Park/Gastown/Yaletown/Chinatown areas
* must include utilities
