Very nice 115 m2 duplex in a quiet Reykjavik suburb. The appartment is on the lower floor of the dublex with a patio and a nice big garden.

Lots of walking paths along along the coast-line.

10-15 minutes with bus to the center of Reykjavik. 10 minutes with car.

Bikes can be arranged.

Wi-fi is available, just bring your laptop.

A warm water public swimming pool in 10 min walking distance.

The Blue Lagoon is in 30 minutes distance by car.
