We have a nice flat in the 13th district in Budapest.the flat is on the third floor, 100m2, there are two very large bedroom, two bathroom, one big livingroom with american style kitchen, and a small terrace. It is very quite neighbourhood, but the city centre can be reached very easily and quickly. The bus and tram stops are just a few steps away and you can get into the city center within 10-15 minutes by public transportation. The area is very safe and children friendly. Small shops are within two minutes walking. Free parking in front of the building. Children playground just behind the building.

Europe, Spain, Italy, Austria (ski resort),Greece, Portugal, France. We are open to visit any great places. We are looking for a place to stay in Madrid, Spain between 26.-29 Oct. 2012 Our plan: 2012 last week of December, 1st week of January : South Spain or Portugal 2013 march: ski resort in Austria 2013 July or August: 2-3 weeks beach place in Europe.

Since this is our second home, non-simultaneous exchange is ok.
