It is a traditional cave house of Oia, Santorini, built on the Caldera cliff with a spectacular view of the ancient volcano. Following the main commercial street of Oia, you will step down 120 steps to find the door of the small villa. It consists of three apartments. Two of the apartments have fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a WC, shower or bath and veranda. The third apartment is a small studio with a bedroom, a WC, shower and veranda.

If you want to swim in the bay of caldera, you just have to follow a path of about 250 meters down to the sea. You can enjoy a drink sitting on the porch, hearing the sound of breaking waves and wat...ching the sailing boats passing by. It will be an unforgetable experience.

The villa is located in the heart of the traditional settlement of Oia. Only 5 minutes walking distance from the main pedestrian-commercial street of Oia where you can find most of the taverns, restaurants and shops. It is only 7 minutes walking distance from the bus station where you can also find 3 supermarkets and a bakery shop.
It is not recommented for elderly people, persons with disabilities and babies due to the stairs (You need to step down 120 steps to find the door of the small villa and then you need to step down 10-36 steps for the units). Although we provide babybot for babies and we also had as guests elderly persons (even 80 years old) that were in a good shape. A porter is always provided upon request for your luggages.
