Renovated century old house, independent, surrounded with olive trees for the peace lovers. Featuring one bedroom with a queen size bed and a futon where two more people may sleep, living room, bathroom,
200 liters solar hot water tank. Electric power is produced by the means of photo-voltaic panels.
Refrigerator, stove and cloth washer shared with us in the other house.
Entering thru a private gate, 2km from the village of Agios Dimitrios on unpaved road, 2km to gasoline station, 3km to supermarket,13km to the nearest beach by car and 6 km to the same beach on foot thru a trail
No simultaneous exchange.

Destination wanted:

South America, near a beach preferred and between the months of January to end of March. This is something we want to do on a regular basis but we are open to proposals from other regions like the Caribbean and Mediterranean countries, in the case concerning the Mediterranean region our travelling time should be during the months of May to September.

Additional information:

Quite place for peace lovers. Available only between May to the end of September, while we are there. No air-conditioner, no TV, marginal internet connection at the place, possible and free in the surrounding.

I am a retired QC inspector born in Greece and Heather is a retired secretary born in Barbados. We live in Canada.
We like travelling and prefer getting away from the Canadian cold winter to somewhere warmer, preferably near a beach.
