Next to exchanging our first home, we'd like to put our holiday home on offer for exchange too.
It's located in the lovely Fichtelgebirge, right beside a beautiful lake, the Nagler See.
The house is 60 squm. and provides, 2 bedrooms, lounge and dinning area with stereo, TV (Sat), bathroom with shower, kitchen with all necessaties (Mikrowave, cooker, oven, cettle, fridge/freezer, coffee machine ...), a patio and a garden, with sandbox and swing.
A non simultanious exchange would be possible.
We'd also be prepared to offer a combined exchange, so you can visit both, our home and our holiday home.
