Private house in the country. Very quiet. 5 years old. garden, BBQ
Neighborhood very friendly.
Close to a lake (10min by foot).
We have a canoe for 3 people. Very nice for swimmming : 24°C. No motor boats authorized as it is a preserved NaturalArea.
