Located in the heart of the 17th area, we are just 10 minutes from the most touristic sites : Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Elysees, Opera and Eiffel Tower.
Our apartment is on the 4th flour, with elevator, and distributes 65m2 of net floor space:

- a pleasant and bright living-room, with 2 sofa, table and chairs, a flat screen TV
- a completely equipped open plan kitchen with dish-washer, fridge, cooktop, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, utensils...

Sleeping facilities:
- a queen size bed in the master bedroom
- a very upscale convertible couch ("Steiner") in the living-room: it feels like a normal bed, and can sleep a couple very comfortably.
- a large kid bedroom for one or 2 kids under 3 years old (cribs).

Our apartment can sleep up to 5 people (the 5th person being a kid).
