The building is located in a calm, privileged and appraised district (it's very rare to find a renting here) On the perpendicular street of Dobropol there are supermarkets (even MacDonalds alas), Post office, banks, two metro stations (Champerret and Porte Maillot) and in ten minutes with feet Champs Elysées. This district is reputed to have been the Muse of Art nouveau and many architectural details will surprise you, besides near here were constructed all the famous private residences of the stars as Sarah Bernhard with their "cabinets de curiosités" etc. In five minutes from here is also the wood of Boulogne, its garden of acclimatisation and its lakes, extremely famous since the impressionnistes and their pictures of small boats. The building is ideally located between the excited city and a kept shelter of nature, between the 21th century and the 19th century. Very near also, the famous Park Monceau that Doisneau and many photographers and film-makers adorated. By the way, I'll give you some guidebooks to make your stay easier in Paris!
