French family of four (parents 43 y o, boys 11 and 14) offers their great, trendy loft (1938 sq feet on two levels) in the center of Paris, close to Quartier Latin, rue Mouffetard, Panthéon, Seine river, Jardin des Plantes, Musée de l'Evolution et d'Anthropologie. The apartment is a loft/duplex in a 1900s building, located in a quiet, safe and historic neighbourhood. Two handy metro and bus stops are just meters away and will take you within minutes to any location in Paris or suburbs. Many trendy shops and a big mall are nearby. Typical French grocery stores everywhere around and in particular in famous Mouffetard street (10 minutes walk). Perfect for friends or for a family ofup to 4/6 people, including children. There's even an extra sofa bed in the master's bedroom allowing to sleep another two people if necessary.
The apartment includes two bedrooms on one floor (1 queen bed, 1 bunk bed) and the master suite on the other floor (queen bed). One full bathroom on each floor. Wooden floors, high ceilings. Huge living/dining room with designer furniture + fully equipped modern separate kitchen. Separate laundry room with dryer. Non smoking environment. 2 big TV sets (1 flat, 1 classical) , cable, DVD, high speed wi fi for your use.
Last but no least, our neighbours are adorable and most of them can speak English..
