Exchange Zones

Hello,

We are a couple and we are looking to do a simultaneous apartment exchange Paris/New York City.
We are travelling in NYC this summer from the 21st July to the 4th August, our dates are not flexible (except for 2/3 days…)
We are both working in Paris.

We have a lovely and large (60m² = 646ft²) one bedroom apartment. It is one the 3rd floor with elevator.
There are:
- a separate kitchen fully equipped,
- a separate bathroom with shower, toilets, and a washing machine,
- a large living room with TV (cable), Hi-fi, Wi-Fi access with a computer, …
As you could see on the pictures we have a beautiful view of the Sacré Coeur from our living room! It is unique and magical!
- a very quiet bedroom (as it faces a inner courtyard) with a 2 places bed.
All the apartment is very light thanks to big windows in each room.
The apartment is perfect for a couple!

Our apartment is extremely well located in Montmartre, just ahead of the Sacré Coeur, the artist’s neighbourhood, 5 minutes walk away to Moulin Rouge. It is close to 3 lines of metro (stops: Abesses and Pigalle), 2 lines of bus and tourist bus’ stops. The neighbourhood is very alive with a lot of cafés, restaurants, shops, theatres…
