I've booked a trip to NY with my sister and 2 cousins from AUG 8th to AUG 28th but since our host changed her plans we need another housing!

So i propose to swap my apartment with anyone willing to spend a 3 weeks stay for free in the MOST famous and charming location of Paris!

My appartment is IDEALLY located RIGHT IN the MONTMARTRE quarter, steps from the famous SACRE COEUR (5 minutes walk), the MOULIN ROUGE (3 mins walk), the beautiful and hype PLACE DES ABBESSES (1 minute walk), and the OPERA / HAUSSMANN quarter (10 min walk) with its luxuous department stores! (amongst others...)
Almost everything in Paris is easily reachable thanks to the 2 metro lines (n#2 and n#12) and bus lines passing at 30 seconds walk distance.

You can also rent a bike (almost for free) and visit Paris on your bike thanks to the relatively recent "Velib" (bike rental system). The surroundings and the quarter are full of Velib stations and bicycle tracks.


My apartment is located on the ground floor, in a QUIET little backyard decorated with flowers. There's a double gate with magnetic pass to enter the apartment house.

It has a stone wall which does not only give it style, but also an excellent isolation which naturally keeps the inner temperature fresh even in the warmest of summers - which is an undeniable advantage since most parisian apartments are not air-conditioned! That's another reason why it's an ideal place to stay in summer.

It features a double mezzanine bed, with a convertible couch on the bottom level to accomodate 2 additional people, which makes 4 places in total so it can accomodate up to 4 people. It's ideal for one person or a couple and it's OK for a couple with children or 2 couples.

It has a kitchen corner (with oven, 2 electric burners, sink, fridge and washing machine) and a cute and convenient little bathroom (features shower, toilets and basin)

It measures 25 square meters in total and you can see the plan in the pictures i have uploaded.

Many restaurants, cafés, bars, in the surroundings. Here you can virtually visit the quarter and the surroundings :

Note: most restaurants of the Montmartre quarter are open until late. There's a supermarket open until midnight at 1 min walk and a bigger one open until 11:30 PM at 3 min walk. There also is a pharmacy open 24/24 7/7 at 5 min walk.

Please also note : i will remove most of my personal stuff (clothes, books and stuff) to leave maximum room for you but I will let what you'll need in for your convenience: towels, household products, hoover, radio/CD player...

I will be traveling with 3 girls so we need an apartment which can accomodate us. We're more precisely looking for a flat in Manhattan or Brooklyn.
We are serious and VERY neat. I am a product manager in a chemical firm and they 3 are students.
