Exchange Zones

We are two french people (Karine is 26 years old, and Bruno is 41)
We live in the Cirque de Navacelles, wonderful and famous natural site, at 350 meters altitude, at the end of a small path (200 meters walk from house owners personnal parking), in a rather isolated small (70 square meters, 2 levels) old stone house, renewed 1974 and currently re-renewed.

1 bedroom with nice shower made of stones, large bed
1 bedroom with ecological toilet (no water), large bed
1 kitchen
1 living room (with 3 meters white screen for DVD viewing)
1 water "standard" toilet in the "cave" : you have to go outside, down the stairs, enter the "cave" and there it is, but we prefer people to use the ecological toilets (there are instructions).
There's a big terrace made of stones, with barbecue (not advised when it's windy, danger of fire in this region)

We have a 1000 square meter garden (tomatoes, etc) by the house,
we have 4 sheeps (black face), the 3 hectares sheeps park is just by the garden. (note : the sheeps are taken care by a friend when we are not there, but you can still watch them freely ;-) !)

The garden is by the river (La Vis) with local wild trouts (please save them ! We catch and release, fly fishing is ideal in this pure water).
Swimming is possible but the water is cold all year long (12°C) including in summer time.

Attention to allergic people :: we have 2 dogs and a cat !(that will not be there when we are not)

The Cirque de Navacelles is a natural touristic place (200 000+ visitors) but we are saved from the "mass" since the house is in a dead end path (which leads to the sheeps park), with "private" (home owners) parking.

Many hike paths, etc.

We are surrounded by nature (trees, river, pure air), lots of wild life watching possible including from the garden

It is situated 1hour 30min away from the beach by car.

Shops are 30 minutes away by car (but we have a refrigerator !). There's also a tiny grocery 20 min away by car.

This is a humble house and we love it and really live in it (that's easy to see).
