Our house is a nice house on 148 sqm. Build in 2007 and is located in an area with a very beautiful nature and the forest almost in the backyard. We live right next to a soccerfield (see pic. 1) and a good playground. In the surroundings we have the river Gudenaa (see pic. 4).

In the house you'll find all modern facilities, a wii with a lot of games. PC with internet access. 2 adult bicycles, a bike trailer, 2 kids bikes (6 and 10 years).

In the garden you will find a playhouse, a swing, sandbox, fruit trees and herb garden.

Ulstrup is a small town (2.200 people) in the countryside with a beautiful nature. (see www.amstrup-bakker.dk). There are all you need for the daily living 2 grossery stores, cheese shop, hairdressers, bank. A very nice camping site (www.bamsebo.dk) where you find minigolf, trampolins and a large playground and you can also rent canoes to ride on the Gudenaa.

There is about 45 km. to Aarhus (www.visitaarhus.dk) the second largest town in Denmark with a lot of activities. In the summertime the Queen of Denmark lives in Aarhus.

Randers (www.visitranders.dk) (20 km) is the 5th largest city in DK and here you also find nice activities like the "Rainforest".

Viborg (www.visitviborg.dk) (35 km) is known for it's history and has a very beautiful church.

Silkeborg (www.visitsilkeborg.dk) (35 km) has some of the most beautiful nature in Denmark. Here you can take a ride with an very old paddle steamer.

Legoland is 2 hours away and the beach is about 1 hour away.

Golf courses you will find both in directions of Randers, Viborg and Århus.
