The apartment is a converted loft-space with two floors and a staircase connecting them. Its close to Copenhagen Centre (15 min walk and 5 min with Metro). It is suited for up to 4 people, as it has a good sofa bed in the upstairs room. Separate toilet and bathroom and two balconies. It by the water and the canals and its possible to swim at the end of the street. Its a non-smoking home, decorated in modern, scandinavian style, wooden floors, and the whole apartment was done up in may 2011, so there is also a brand new kitchen.
