Small but nice, unique house built in 1958 in two levels. Located in quite and safe neighbourhood. 10 minutes in car or train from Copenhagen citycenter. Very close to citytrainstation. One living room and kitchen, one bedroom and two rooms with one bed each for children/teenagers and basement with guestbed. Small, but secluded garden. Owner 57 year old male with to 14 and 16 year old children and a cat!
