Nice apartment in an old maintained apartment building - lots of genius loci - with three bedrooms and a small kitchen. It is located right in the downtown, 5 minutes walk to the National Theater, 10 minutes walk to the Prague Old Town. Not much traffic. We do not live in the flat, we rent it to foreign students so it is empty during the summer months. It is furnished, with no personal stuff. We don't mind kids or friendly animals (we ourselves are proud owners of both).

Summer 2013: This summer we would like to explore Italy, spend some time at the beach and a couple of days in some nice town. But we are quite flexible and will gladly consider any nice European destination.

About Home Exchange Owners :

We are a family with two kids (6 and 8), we would love to spend some time traveling through the USA and Canada in the future, at the moment we want to stay closer to home and explore Europe.
