Our flat is newly and furnished (Ikea), with bright large rooms and wooden floor. 74m² in all. It's on the last floor of the building, so the ceiling has roof shapes and visible beams, which give the flat a lot of charm (we think!). The bedroom is huge and can host some extra mattresses, and there is a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped and it is easy to cook for several people (hoven, big fridge). It's a very comfortable flat, really, and it's at walking distance from all major sights in Prague! It's very well connected with tram and metro, and also very close to some non-so-touristic places and things to do. We love it!

Additional information:

We both are from Paris and eventhough we love it, we think Prague is at least as beautiful with the great advantage of being smaller, which makes sightseeing a lot more convenient! It's a very agreable city (especially in summer) with many many things to do for people of all ages. We can indicate you either touristic sights or more typical Czech places; yes, it's possible to enjoy Prague even while avoiding big tourists groups!

We are a French couple spending some time in Czech Republic, studying and working abroad and thinking it's a very interesting experience. Yes, we are young (21 and 23), but we are very serious and respectuous, and we sure know how to take care of a home! :)
