comfortable appartment in zagreb,47m2.the appartment is one of twelve flats in a building that was build in 2005, so everything is practicly new.it is located in nice and quit district with plenty of green areas.It is furnished with nice and new furniture.The apartment consists of a dining room/kitchen, small hall, bathroom + toilet, living room with 2 balconies,bedroom.In living room is sofa (sleeping for 1 possible),in bedroom is double bed(kingsize).
Appartment is equipped with cable tv,dvd player,with huge number of movies, laptop and internet connection (HSDPA) also, telephone. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dish washer, cooking stove, oven, fridge and freezer.
Two balconies with great view.
Public transportation (local city train) gives opportunity to reach centre of zagreb very quickly
(cca 15 minutes).Appartment is ideally for 2 peoples (couple), or 3.

I preffer the mediterrean areas like Spain and Greece, but i am open to see all other intersting places. Especially interested for short weekends (few days) in neighbour countries (slovenia,italy,hungary,austria) during whole years

exchange doesn't need to be strictly simultanous, because i can stay in my parents house whenever i want for some time.
so,Non simultaneous exchange is possible.
