Small garden and public forrest around, own entrance and parking in front. No need for air-conditioning. beautiful view of Zagreb's east part. 15 minutes by foot to the main square, 1 min (bus)-5 min (tram) to public transportation. Very secure, 50m to the embassy. Cul-de-sac street, no traffic.

Available in 2014. We suggest to exchange two properties for one vacation, first Zagreb for a day or two and then Šibenik for two weeks. Airport is in Zagreb, rent-a-car and visit Šibenik which is in the middle between Istria and Dubrovnik - anything on Adriatic coast is accessible within a day. From Šibenik to Dubrovnik you need cca 4-5 hours drive, Međugorje too. To Plitvice lakes you need 2 hrs, Krka waterfalls are nearby, Zadar and Split 1 hr drive.
