Brand new, fully-equipped, very bright apartment (46m2) for 2-3 people at a most convenient location, on perifery of the City but realy close to the centre at the same time (only 10-15 min by foot). Top (5th) floor with a gorgeous view on E/SE side over the City and the mountain Ivanšćica. Unforgettable sunrises with the look over the City or on the mountains while having brakefast on your open terrace.

Lots of touristic contetns: PAINTBALL, TENNIS, BASEBALL, FOOTBALL, ICE SKATING (on winter time), MUSEUM, THEATRE, CINEMAS...

City have small airport where you can have tourist flight over the City.

Big lake realy close to the City (3km) with touristic contetns give you opprotunity to take a brake from al day stress.

Capital City, only 78km far conected with highway, and railroad.

Varazdin is placed on the continental part of northern Croatia. Small, peacefull City which is most desirable place to live in last few years.
