Beautiful gated community with 18 hole golf course, tennis courts and lots of jogging around the neighbourhood. Our house has view of golf course, a large patio where we eat 90% of our meals and a pool. Modern kitchen, dining/living room combined with cable tv, master bed (Qn bed) and 3 other bedrooms (2 single beds and an air mattress). Its not close to some of the major national parks in CR - but there are many attractions day trip and if you like to golf/swim or play tennis you dont need to get further than the end of the yard. Have pets - 2 dogs and 1 cat. Friendly. Dec / Jan is prime summer weather in CR - escape to the sun for a week or two.
