Beautiful Tropical Forest Retreat. One year old, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home near Arenal Lake/Arenal Volcano Costa Rica. House is set on a peaceful and natural 5-acre property bordered by 2 creeks and overlooking a small pond that attracts amazing bird and wildlife. Located less than 2km from the town of Nuevo Arenal in the north/central area of Costa Rica, no heating or AC is needed. Daily temperatures are in the twenties, cooling at night to the high teens all year round. House main floor has open concept LR, DR, Kitchen as well as master bedroom with ensuite bath. Laundry also on this level. Upstairs has a second bedroom with two queen beds and ensuite bath as well as large, open sewing/hobby room. There is a large covered patio which is comfortably furnished for outdoor living. Remote controlled entry gate to drive. Nuevo Arenal has a large community of very welcoming English-speaking North Americans so there are plenty of opportunities to socialize.
