The house is about 7 years old, built to "American Standards". Tile floors through out house, granite counters & natural wood cabinets in all baths & kitchen, bathrooms have floor to ceiling tile, ceiling fans, two upstairs bedrooms go out to a deck, GREAT, GREAT, GREAT location!!!!! It is a two-story house, down stairs has LR, DR (seats 8), EIK with breakfast bar, & a laundry room w/ washer & dryer. Upstairs has MBR w/King bed and separate Master Bath (tub & double sinks) , two other bedrooms have Queen beds and share the hallway bathroom which also has double sinks. The furnishings in the house are relatively basic, but comfortable, clean and nice. There are GREAT mirrored closets in all upstairs bedrooms. All rooms have separate AC's and ceiling fans.

I am a Registered Nurse, trying to relocate back to Florida. Would LOVE to live in downtown St. Petersburg. I have two daughters, who will be with me about 25%-50% of the time. I have lived in Costa Rica for 4 years full-time, but my house has been rented to GREAT people for the last two and a half. They are moving out shortly.
