Exchange Zones

We live in Victoria, British Columbia Canada which is ranked in the top 20 Cities in the World as a tourist attraction.
We have a four bedroom home within a minute of the beach , with all the conventional ammenitiies. We are prepared to offer a car also in the exchange. We also have a cottage at Horne Lake(north) and this would probably be included if requested.
We have a semi Mediterranean type climate with a Canadian flair.Skiing in winter is two hours north and 40 minutes north from the cottage.
The City of Victoria has many tourist attractions, which range from good theatre, golfing, modern museum, beaches,excellent variety of restauarants at good prices, several shopping outlets,and with no major industrial activity- fresh air in abundance. Vancouver Island is a paradise of outdoor activities, ranging from hiking, kayaking,whale watching fishing,sailing,hunting,a great variety of water sports, and trail bike riding.
We are also close enough to Vancouver and Seattle for day trips or longer (1 hr and 40 minutres by ferry.)
We would be interested in an exchange at any time of year, as we are both retirees.
Sunshine can be guaranteed from May until late October and the winters are very mild. Our home is less than a minute from sandy Willows Beach
