Our home is in a central, but quiet neighborhood in Toronto known as Seaton Village. Five minutes walk to the Christie subway station and only two stops from the Royal Ontario Museum and U of T. Both are walking distance. There are many restaurants on Bloor Street and the new St. Clair, West. Yorkville shopping is three subway stops away.

A comfortable, non-cluttered, roomy, semi-detached home. Front porch with deck chairs and environmental garden. Back has spacious deck with table for six and barbeque.

The kitchen is well supplied. The master has a king size bed and lots of closet space. The center room has a couch that turns into a double bed and serves as a study.

There is also a home gym: treadmill, free weights, spinning bike, pilates equipment and an HD TV.

We live in a safe, central, friendly neighborhood. Toronto is at your doorstep, but it is also away from the hustle and bustle. Our house is comfortable, tasteful, yet unpretentious.
